Renee’s main focus in the Edmonton and Area Real Estate is all about developing long lasting relationships not only with her clients, but also with other Industry members, trade partners, and builders. Not only does it help develop trust, but also creates an accountability to her clients knowing that they have the best team possible, which is such an important part of her profession. The majority of her business is based on referrals and its extremely important to her that when a client sends her a referral, they will have the confidence that she will use the same integrity and honesty she did for them and they know whole heartedly that she will protect the best interests of their referral.

When it comes to advising her clients of what needs to be done to their property to bring out the maximum potential of their home, Renee is always upfront and honest and prepares them of what to expect. It is important in a market such as this to differentiate their home from all the others and to stay ahead of the curve. Renee is truly committed to understanding the industry’s ups and downs, her client’s needs and wants and the end goal of a successful and seem-less transaction.

With the way the economy currently is, determining the proper asking price for a new listing, staging the home properly and marketing effectively can mean the difference between selling for top dollar or not selling at all. Only years of experience and creative marketing can provide this. Careful assessment of your home, knowing the current market conditions and the competition are key considerations required to determine this price point. On a personal note, Renee likes to stay active! Both of her daughters teach cycle classes and she attends YEG Cycle on a regular basis. She also joins in on a weekly boxing class at Champs and yoga classes at Yogalife. In the summer, she plays on a competitive slow pitch team and fits in a round of golf when she can.

Renee also enjoys meeting up with friends or colleagues for an afternoon coffee at a local coffee shop or for a glass of wine in the evenings. She was born and raised in Edmonton and LOVES to support local businesses.
