5 low-maintenance houseplants

5 low-maintenance houseplants

While I usually opt for the artificial plant section at Home Sense, there is something magical about adding real plants to spruce up an indoor space. Check out these 5 low-maintenance houseplants that any not-so-green-thumb (‍♀️) can care for:

1. Pothos - It does well in various light conditions and they do best when their soil dries out in between waterings.

2. Peperomia - This species even flourishes under fluorescent lights!

3. ZZ Plant - This plant tolerates drought, low light, and really low humidity.

4. Snake Plant - These plants can go a month between waterings.

5. Succulents & Cacti - A personal fave. The most common mistake when caring for these plants is overwatering! *
