Kirsty Pilgrim

Client Care Manager

Kirsty is the Client Care Manager on the YEG Homes By Renee team. While Kirsty’s role is mainly behind the scenes, she makes sure all the necessary documentation for both buyers/sellers is prepared, signed and submitted on time. Kirsty also tracks time-sensitive tasks such as arranging photographers for listings, setting up home inspections for buyers, tracking receipt/submission of deposits, removal of conditions and upcoming possession of properties. In short, Kirsty acts as Renee’s second set of eyes on most of the day-to-day tasks in Renee’s calendar.

Jessie Lashley

REALTOR®

Jessie Lashley is a second-generation REALTOR® proudly serving Edmonton and the surrounding communities. Born and raised in Edmonton, she offers deep-rooted local insight and a well-rounded understanding of the residential real estate market. Jessie’s approach is grounded in transparency, confidence, and care—guiding clients through each step of the buying or selling process with ease.

Before entering real estate, Jessie worked in heavy equipment and home renovations, experiences that developed her practical eye and gave her a unique perspective when evaluating properties. Her passion for interior design further enhances her ability to help clients envision what’s possible in every space.

Outside of work, Jessie lives life to the fullest. She's an avid snowboarder and skier, a motorcycle enthusiast, and a dedicated camper during Alberta’s warmer months. A seasoned traveler who’s explored nearly 30 countries, she also loves cooking and learning about new cultures. At home, she shares life with her two spirited Pomeranians, Ted and Tally—who are, without a doubt, the real bosses of the house.

Tatianna brings a strong and well-rounded background in both residential and commercial real estate, currently working full-time as a Team Coordinator with a high-performing commercial brokerage. Her experience includes overseeing marketing initiatives, managing transaction processes, and streamlining administrative operations

Fun fact: Tatianna actually started her real estate career as Renee’s Executive Assistant, where she developed a solid foundation in client care, listing coordination, and deal management. That early experience sparked a true passion for the industry—and we’re so excited to have her bring that passion back to our team in this new capacity.

Nicole Otogbolu

Feedback Manager and Event Coordinator

Nicole is an integral part of the YEG Homes by Renee Real Estate Group, bringing a fresh perspective, strong organizational skills, and a deep passion for client experience and marketing.

With a background in Business Economics and Law and a Marketing minor from the University of Alberta, Nicole combines strategic thinking with creativity. Her past experience in client relations, event coordination, and business development has shaped her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems efficiently, and ensure every client feels valued and heard.

At YEG Homes by Renee, Nicole’s role includes:

Gathering and managing showing feedback for active listings
Coordinating appointments and schedules for our REALTORS®
Designing and distributing our monthly e-newsletters
Overseeing farming initiatives and local marketing campaigns
Helping plan and organize client appreciation events and team functions

Nicole is known for her friendly approach, attention to detail, and ability to keep our operations running seamlessly behind the scenes. Her calm, professional demeanor and strong communication skills make her a key connection point between our clients, agents, and community partners.

Clara Christensen

Chief Cuteness Officer (CCO)

We’re thrilled to introduce the newest member of YEG Homes by Renee Real Estate Group—and she just happens to be our youngest (and definitely cutest) team addition yet! At only 11 months old, she’s already proven herself a natural at winning hearts, sparking smiles, and keeping the team’s energy high.

As our Chief Cuteness Officer (CCO), her role is all about bringing joy and reminding us of the importance of family, warmth, and connection—the very things that turn a house into a home. While her days are currently filled with giggles, snuggles, and plenty of playtime, we have no doubt she’s destined to be a future star in real estate.
