Kirsty Pilgrim

Client Care Manager

Kirsty is the Client Care Manager on the YEG Homes By Renee team. While Kirsty’s role is mainly behind the scenes, she makes sure all the necessary documentation for both buyers/sellers is prepared, signed and submitted on time. Kirsty also tracks time-sensitive tasks such as arranging photographers for listings, setting up home inspections for buyers, tracking receipt/submission of deposits, removal of conditions and upcoming possession of properties. In short, Kirsty acts as Renee’s second set of eyes on most of the day-to-day tasks in Renee’s calendar.

Melissa Dickson

Project & Event Manager

Melissa plays a crucial role in keeping our operations organized and efficient. With 17 years of experience in administration and customer service, including valuable time in the oil and gas sector and as an office manager, her expertise is unmatched.

She is the creative force behind our promotional materials, including event promotions, special mail-outs, and newsletters. Melissa manages monthly e-newsletters, farming flyers, and marketing collateral, and is instrumental in planning and executing company events.

In addition to these responsibilities, Melissa brings a personal touch to every task. She oversees our birthday and anniversary systems, schedules showings, and conducts feedback follow-ups on listings. As a client care manager, she handles essential paperwork for buyers and sellers, ensuring that deposits, condition removals, and documentation are meticulously managed. Her dedication to managing possessions, gifts, and important dates guarantees that everything is submitted on time, making our clients feel valued and ensuring our team operates seamlessly.

Angela Hayduk

REALTOR®

Angela started her career as an Accountant and worked in a variety of industries. Exposing her to many different stakeholders and allowing her the opportunity to be able to hone her communication skills with a variety of personalities. While working full time she pursued her Bachelor of Commerce with MacEwan University finishing her studies with First Class Standing. It was while she was off raising her four children that she started a new path in direct sales. She experienced much success in this industry earning numerous awards, trips and mentoring other individuals. The direct sales industry allowed the flexibility to raise a family and still contribute financially. After a brief return to the accounting field, she quickly realized that she missed the feeling of being relevant to make a difference in people’s lives. This has led to Real Estate in 2016, the perfect fit! As it allows a close personal bond to develop and to be a part of one of the most magical moments of people’s lives — the purchase a home!

Angela is an avid sports fan! One could say she bleeds blue and orange with her love of the Oilers. She also has adopted the San Francisco 49ers as “her” NFL team and travels to take in a game whenever possible. Having played fastball at an elite level in her younger years, it’s not a surprise that this lady loves New York Yankees, a bucket list is a trip to Yankee Stadium! A few years ago, she was introduced to NASCAR and has attended quite a few live races state side.

Angela also loves to travel whether it be a simple road trip or over oceans, travelling has provided her with the opportunity to experience different cultures. This allows her to be conscious of keeping in mind different perspectives from clients and stakeholders in the real estate industry.

Tatianna Dreisbach

Project Coordinator

Tatianna brings a strong and well-rounded background in both residential and commercial real estate, currently working full-time as a Team Coordinator with a high-performing commercial brokerage. Her experience includes overseeing marketing initiatives, managing transaction processes, and streamlining administrative operations

Fun fact: Tatianna actually started her real estate career as Renee’s Executive Assistant, where she developed a solid foundation in client care, listing coordination, and deal management. That early experience sparked a true passion for the industry—and we’re so excited to have her bring that passion back to our team in this new capacity.

Jessie Lashley

Jessie Lashley is a second-generation REALTOR® proudly serving Edmonton and the surrounding communities. Born and raised in Edmonton, she offers deep-rooted local insight and a well-rounded understanding of the residential real estate market. Jessie’s approach is grounded in transparency, confidence, and care—guiding clients through each step of the buying or selling process with ease.

Before entering real estate, Jessie worked in heavy equipment and home renovations, experiences that developed her practical eye and gave her a unique perspective when evaluating properties. Her passion for interior design further enhances her ability to help clients envision what’s possible in every space.

Outside of work, Jessie lives life to the fullest. She's an avid snowboarder and skier, a motorcycle enthusiast, and a dedicated camper during Alberta’s warmer months. A seasoned traveler who’s explored nearly 30 countries, she also loves cooking and learning about new cultures. At home, she shares life with her two spirited Pomeranians, Ted and Tally—who are, without a doubt, the real bosses of the house.
