Kirsty Pilgrim - Client Care Manager
Kirsty is the Client Care Manager on the YEG Homes By Renee team. While Kirsty’s role is mainly behind the scenes, she makes sure all the necessary documentation for both buyers/sellers is prepared, signed and submitted on time. Kirsty also tracks time-sensitive tasks such as arranging photographers for listings, setting up home inspections for buyers, tracking receipt/submission of deposits, removal of conditions and upcoming possession of properties. In short, Kirsty acts as Renee’s second set of eyes on most of the day-to-day tasks in Renee’s calendar.

I'm thrilled to be a part of the dynamic team here at YEG Homes by Renee. I work more behind the scenes, supporting the incredible work of Renee Brown as the go-to for administration support, event coordination, client care, and feedback follow-up. I'm here to sprinkle a little magic into every task. From coordinating both the birthday and anniversary systems to scheduling showings, I'm also behind our special project mail-outs, adding a personalized touch that helps us stand out from the rest!
